INCOGA took charge of carrying out renovation and complete works of the new Zara Home in A Coruña, a 100% ecological flagship store, with traditional origins, minimalist design.
Coordination: we have been responsible for coordinating different professionals, in different phases, that have been involved in premises renovation. Among others, we have collaborated with Decorga team, responsible for the interior painting, all the cladding on the ceiling and walls with natural lime.
Assigned professional team: INCOGA had a total of 7 people who attended these works, technicians, managers and operators.
Details of the performed works: renovation was complete by demolishing the previously existing elements and maintaining only its structure. Elevator’s position was changed, adding a new forklift. Restrooms, staff and office areas were also changed. The old staircase has been torn down, building a new one in an elliptical shape. The lintel of the façade was reduced and as a consequence all the glasses were changed and now are higher. The metal carpentry of the façade has been completely modified, as well as the entrance to the store, which is now in a different location. All electricity, air conditioning, fire protection, audiovisual and telecommunications installations have been completely renovated.
