Multifamily residential block located in Villanueva del Pardillo, a place of Madrid. With a built area of 3,700 m2 it is made of 21 houses with storage room and garage, distributed on four levels: 3 on the ground floor, one of them adapted for users with permanent reduced mobility, 8 on the first floor and 10 duplexes on the second floor and lower deck. It also has a swimming pool, landscaped community areas and various commercial premises on the ground floor, all built on a plot of 1,300 m2.
The aim of this project has been providing building elements based on simplicity, leading to time and costs savings, low energy consumption and waste production. Works corresponding to our Smart Building method and sustainability commitment.
