Following the instructions of Steelman Partners decorators’ team of Las Vegas, this historic building from 1924, former headquarters of the Circle of the Commercial and Industrial Union of Madrid, was renovated. The first three floors are connected by a magnificent marble staircase and gather around a large square atrium covered by a spectacular stained-glass window, which was made by the well-known French firm Maumejean. The façade was carefully decorated with Neo-Renaissance and Plateresque Spanish motifs.
