Comprehensive execution of a supermarket in Lalín (Pontevedra) that has involved an investment of more than 3.5 million euros. With an interior surface of more than 3,000 m2, it is made up of large, open spaces that facilitate the entry of natural light. In addition, it has an additional 7,000 m2 of exterior development, of which 5,000 are intended for 165 covered and outdoor parking spaces.
It stands out for its eco-efficiency since various measures have been contemplated to reduce its energy consumption by up to 40%. In this sense, 540 photovoltaic modules have been installed, allowing an approximate saving of 20% of its annual energy consumption, which represents an approximate reduction of 30 tons of CO2. Likewise, it has an automated LED lighting system that allows the intensity to be regulated according to the needs of each area and according to the time of day for better energy management.
